PORTAL: Step Into a New Timeline / Reality ✨

There was a time that I felt so stuck , nothing was moving. I was praying but it was out of habit not intentional. 

Until I started practicing this method of Opening Portals and Stepping into New Timelines. 

This is the energetic process I use to shift out of stagnation and into a new reality intentionally.
Not from force.
Not from desperation.
But through subconscious reprogramming, embodiment, prayer, nervous system safety + aligned action.

You are not “waiting” for a new life.
You become the version of you who naturally lives it.

Here’s the process:

1. CLEAR THE OLD TIMELINE

Before entering a new reality, release attachment to the old identity.

Ask yourself:

  • What version of me keeps recreating this?
  • What beliefs, fears, emotions or patterns am I still holding?
  • What am I available to release today?

Breathe deeply.
Visualise cords, heaviness, fear, lack, shame, exhaustion leaving your body.

Repeat:

“I release the identity that no longer aligns with my highest reality.”

 

2. OPEN THE PORTAL ✨

A portal is an energetic decision.
A sacred moment where you stop identifying with limitation and choose expansion.

Before prayer, close your eyes and imagine:

  • A doorway
  • Golden light
  • A new reality already existing for you

See yourself entering it.

This is not “becoming someone else.”
It is returning to the version of you that already exists beneath conditioning.

Declare:

“I now open a portal to the reality aligned with my highest self.”
“I am available for new levels of love, abundance, peace, health and purpose.”

 

3. ACTIVATE ⚡

Activation is where the subconscious mind begins receiving new instructions.

Feel the emotions NOW:

  • Gratitude
  • Safety
  • Power
  • Trust
  • Overflow
  • Peace

Your body must feel what your mind is asking for.

Visualise:

  • Your future self
  • Your energy
  • Your lifestyle
  • Your relationships
  • Your business
  • Your health

Ask:

“How does this version of me think, move, speak and decide?”

Then embody it immediately.

 

4. EMBODY 👑

Embodiment is what collapses timelines.

The subconscious responds more to identity than effort.

Move through the day as the version of you who already shifted:

  • Speak differently
  • Protect your energy
  • Raise your standards
  • Make aligned decisions
  • Stop entertaining what drains you
  • Honour your intuition

Your reality changes when your identity changes.

Repeat:

“I no longer chase. I embody.”
“My external reality now reflects my internal transformation.”

 

5. INTEGRATE 🌙

This step is powerful and often skipped.

After activation, allow your nervous system to integrate the shift.

Journal:

  • What did I feel?
  • What did I realise?
  • What am I no longer available for?
  • What actions feel aligned now?

Drink water. Rest. Ground yourself.
Expansion feels safer when the body feels safe.

(You can also journal by recording your voice instead of writing)

6. DURING SAJDA:

SOLIDIFY • STABILISE • SEAL 🤍

Sajda is one of the most powerful energetic and spiritual states because the ego softens and the heart opens.

While in sajda:

SOLIDIFY

Feel the new reality becoming real in your body.

Not “one day.”
Now.

“This reality is becoming anchored within me.”

STABILISE

Allow your nervous system to feel safe holding:

  • more abundance
  • more love
  • more visibility
  • more success
  • more peace

“I am safe to receive and sustain this reality.”

SEAL

Seal the intention with trust.

Release obsession and over-control.

“What is meant for me is already unfolding.”
“I trust divine timing, divine intelligence and divine protection.”

Then rise from prayer as if something has already shifted.

Because it has.

 

7. TAKE ALIGNED ACTION 🌊

Portals open through embodiment + action.

After prayer ask:

  • What action would my future self take today?
  • What conversation needs to happen?
  • What boundary needs to be set?
  • What creation wants to move through me?

Small aligned actions create massive timeline shifts.

 

REMEMBER ✨

You are constantly transmitting a frequency through:

  • your thoughts
  • emotions
  • nervous system
  • identity
  • beliefs
  • energy

When these change consistently, your reality begins reorganising around you.

 

If you feel stuck in cycles of:

  • lack
  • fear
  • procrastination
  • low self-worth
  • relationship patterns
  • money blocks
  • emotional overwhelm
  • self-sabotage

…it usually means the subconscious mind is still operating from an old identity and timeline.
