STEP 1: Become Aware of the Current Identity

- Who have I been identifying as?
- What emotional state do I repeatedly live in?
- What fears keep repeating?
- What stories do I keep confirming?
- What reality am I unconsciously expecting?
Notice:

Your reality is reflecting your dominant subconscious identity.
STEP 2: Identify the Old Programming
Most subconscious programming was created through:
- childhood experiences
- emotional repetition
- survival responses
- painful memories
- shame
- rejection
- fear
- guilt
- emotional conditioning
The subconscious creates “protective identities” such as:
- the abandoned self
- the rejected self
- the unseen self
- the over-giver
- the people pleaser
- the fearful self
- the unworthy self
You must identify the version of you that keeps running the reality.

- emotionally react the same way

- identify with fear

…you reinforce the old subconscious program.
Awareness is power.

“This is the old program.
I no longer choose this identity.”
